You could try Bokunan-do (http://www.shop-japan.co.jp/english-boku/index.html ), but it's not going to be cheap to get a kimono or haori custom made. If you're willing to buy second-hand ready-made pieces, you could look for a good kimono or haori on Ichiroya, Yamatoku, Ryu Japan, or Kimono Lily. They usually have good selections, they're all excellent sellers, and they are very upfront about any defects on the items they sell. Prices range from relatively cheap to scarily expensive, but the prices are fair for each piece.
